Hi all,
just got home after driving for nearly 200miles without any issues, parked up for a couple of hours, started her up again and there was a definate misfire, i figured it was a bad plug, so i keep driving.
When i get home its still missing, so i pop the bonnet and see theres fuel pissing from the top of my no.2 injector, where the solid line bolts onto the injector.
Is it worth trying to tightn the nut a bit more, or would it be better to take the injector out?
Also, what could have caused this to suddenly happen, blocked/ damaged nozzle perhaps?
Any help would be muchos appreciated

yes, tighten it up [ i had the no4 leak ,tightened it up no leak!! ]

Tightening it up might work, but they also crack lines from vibration. You may need a new injector line.
do you have the injector line holder installed? don't tighten the injector line too tight... i'd say back it off and then re-tighten.
i tightened it up and went for a drive, after a few mins there was an Uber strong smell of fuel, looked under the bonnet and guess what, i had 1 clean snapped fuel line.

Remember to install those little clamps over your steel lines as they are important in damping out the harmonic vibration that can cause the injector lines to fracture. I had a line break on my Landcruiser that was missing the clamps. They are easy to make up with some flat steel and rubber belting if you don't care to buy them.
Also make sure to loosen all the injector line nuts at the back side of the injection pump when re-timing. It doesn't take much in the way of preload to crack metal when subjected to vibration.
