That is just resting on blocks not 100% trimmed in that picture so it looks alot worse than it is now. He noted there are only a few spots with gaps and the rest will line up there won't be any need for much else other than welding and grinding afterword. I'm not much of a metal worker so I can't get into the specifics since that is his forte.just talking with him on msn, he says he's going to butt weld it then add additional metal where there is anything strutural to reinforce that area (he already has one of those tools).
