lol) There are alot of good guys here that I can guarantee will help you out with any hurdles you may encounter, I know they helped me.
Port and match the mani's, find a dual outlet manifold off an 8v gasser, along with a 8v intake mani. Vnt turbo, Big open exhaust, 3" max on an n/a engine anymore is overkill. Straight pipe it if you can stand the noise, less restricition is key, get your pump done by Giles in Markham, Ontario. Also buy a set of bosch injectors from them.

Studs are always good, wont do much of an upgrade before the turbo, but it will certainly be worthwhile if you do and even worth while if u dont. Can guarantee the head is good and tight to the block
