• Hi guys I got my donor motor up and running and i'm noticing some excess smoke and there are air bubbles showing up when I rev the car. I saw someone say something about the water seperater might be the problem, can that person give some more info?

• Could be the fuel filter too.

• coud also be an air leak in the pump  .....
  
  check the return line on the filter ( pull the pin and lift the hoses ... look and see if the filter is full , then push the fitting back down , make sure its snug then replace the pin)

• on the filter there's a little plastic piece on top, replace that and the o-ring, it's cheap to do.
