We have a 3 and a 4 axis Cnc mill as well as a Cnc lathe with live tooling which probly won't help much on this project. I'm gonna play with it over a long period of time, I am thinkin of totally different porting to increase flow with custom manifolds. As long as I get oil to the places that need it and some volume of coolant through it I am happy. I don't think cooling will be much of an issue if the system I efficient enough.

Print one in plastic for the hell of it. My friend told me about this the other day couldn't believe it was real.
Print one in wax, then make an investment casting from any commonly available foundry alloy.
