im saying that the nozzle part of the injector look as if there was no holes where the nipple sticks out. Im used to seeing even a little holes. I guess my vision is getting worse lolIm thinking there was a blank nozzle in there. so he would want customers to buy the nozzles separate but IDK i could be wrong. it doesnt matter anymore ive sent them back

Im having trouble finding specific information. The AAZ injectors were originally a dual stage.I forgot why tho.Not sure if you can even still get the dual stage ones now.I'm gonna think you could use 1.6 TD injectors, but might not be completely optimal. One thing to try - go on AutohausAZ website - plug in your car data - and see if they offer Reman'd Bosch injectors for it.Another thing to try is to email or call Giles at Performance Diesel in Markham Ontario and get his wisdom/verdict about it. If you need his contact info it is listed in the vendor section of this forum. You could also inquire the cost to have him rebuild your old ones.
Good info ROR.Digi K, if you had a couple versions of 1.6 lines laying around - you "might" could find a version of bends that would allow the swap to 1.6 injectors. And thats just a wild shot in the dark.Or maybe 1.9 NA lines.idunno
