I also got injectors from germanautoparts.com
they seem to be working well.
Those return nipples are brittle as all hell though.

Prothe moves a lot of products.
Suppose there is no way he himself could inspect every incoming shipment of restock from china. Or quality control every outgoing sale of product.

But as fate kind of has it now, he missed a golden opportunity at a chance for some Good Publicity on these Injectors.

He might have a whole pallet crate full of these new rejects.
Ouch

Are you saying they have no hole? The picture is too blurred.
I used to think that nozzles came with the torus/doughnut shape built in; but then I'd never seen a new one, something I've delayed for years on the basis of the quality issue after France stopped making them for Bosch.
All mine were rescues from breakers.
I recently imported some [4] new old stock ones from Canada, sealed in 'jelly'.
Alas I managed to break one rear prong [never done that before] and one needle seems too slack in the holder.
So perhaps quality went down in France towards the end,  so I still have never had a brand new set in my Quantum
Turkey makes some apparently :o

im saying that the nozzle part of the injector look as if there was no holes where the nipple sticks out. Im used to seeing even a little holes. I guess my vision is getting worse  8) lol

Im thinking there was a blank nozzle in there. so he would want customers to buy the nozzles separate but IDK i could be wrong. it doesnt matter anymore ive sent them back

H'mm if there were no hole then the needle tip would be broken off too. ... Yeah my eyesight is starting to play up too, just as I'm building my library in my attic.

I think ill go the route of AutohausAZ ive bought alot from them and the quality is there for sure!

39 dollars isnt bad at all. http://www.autohausaz.com/search/product.aspx?sid=die1wj55tkcbilvhwkpecc45&makeid=800026@VW&modelid=1282700@JETTA%20DELUXE%20TDI&year=1983&cid=22@Fuel%20%26%20Air%20System&gid=11167@Diesel%20Injector

when i order them probably next week ill let every one know what the pop pressure and spray pattern are. Im sure they both will be on point.

bump from the dead kinda? do these work for my diesel? 1.9TD AAZ? Im having trouble finding specific information.

The AAZ injectors were originally a dual stage.
I forgot why tho.

Not sure if you can even still get the dual stage ones now.
I'm gonna think you could use 1.6 TD injectors, but might not be completely optimal.

One thing to try - go on AutohausAZ website - plug in your car data - and see if they offer Reman'd Bosch injectors for it.

Another thing to try is to email or call Giles at Performance Diesel in Markham Ontario and get his wisdom/verdict about it. If you need his contact info it is listed in the vendor section of this forum.

You could also inquire the cost to have him rebuild your old ones.

the injection lines on an AAZ are for really tall injectors.. they wont fit on the 1.6 injectors..
92 Jetta GLI - Black, 1.6D w/ GT2056V turbo..
86 GTI - 4 Door, Med Twilight Gray, Tow Machine..
86 Audi Coupe GT - Tornado Red, All Stock.. WRECKED.
89 Toyota 4Runner - Dark Grey Metallic, LIFTED!

Turbo: exhaust gasses go into the turbocharger and spin it, witchcraft happens and you go faster.

Good info ROR.

Digi K, if you had a couple versions of 1.6 lines laying around - you "might" could find a version of bends that would allow the swap to 1.6 injectors. And thats just a wild shot in the dark.

Or maybe 1.9 NA lines.
