From Burnaby down to Richmond, about 20 minutes. It'll probably sound a lot longer though

would they allow you take parts off once its there?
Spend a little cash and have it towed to around the corner, then drive it in from there.Chris
Quote from: "jtanguay"would they allow you take parts off once its there?Nope. It's a "clean air" initiative, the idea is to take older polluting vehicles off the road, so they have to have to be licensed and insured for the last year and driveable to the depot. Pulling parts at the yard is verboten, but if it can get there under it's own steam, it's fine no matter what it's missing. As long as I don't get a ticket on the way there
I've got to get SWMBO a rolling set of wheels by Saturday and I can't buy a new car and apply the enviro-rebate unless I scrap the car before purchase. If anyone wants to swap a tired plain Jane 1.9 pump for the Giles one and some cash this week I'd look at that too. If it's someone local they could drop by and I'd have a swap done in an hour or so.
