Yup, Cant beat billet h rods. But i dont see the 1.6 listed.You will want rods if you are serious about 200+. especially with the amount of boost you will need to run.
i would love to see you grab above 200 hp especially in a 1.6 idi.....you will need to do something with the head gasket issue and the bending rods..... Did anyone on here find a fix for the high boost idi's that keep lifting the cylinder head clean off the block? o and that kind of hp don't count on daily drive ability...

that being said, go with a big ass VNT turbo
