p.s does anyone know what EGT i should be hitting with a T3 and free flowing downpipe?
---------------------
this can really depend in fuel settings, over fueling can help lower egt, less fuel can really heat things up again.
i'm running a Sb 1.6 td, kkk14 20psi boost aaz metal gasket, ext oil cooler my egt temp really differ when i play with fuel delivery side of things. i tink im around 100 horses too.
nice cars there BTW, im also a uk'r, pleased to meet you. what area you in?
ps mines T3 caravelle
where was the last photo taken? which show?
sounds like a gasser turbo... with diesels more fuel = more BTU's, less fuel = less BTU's. gotta luv diesels!!!!!! no wasted fuel like guzzling gassers
EGT's should be a heck of a lot lower than with the stock restrictive DP. 2.5" or 2.25" ? an intercooler will also lower EGT's by a hundred degrees or more depending on its size if you run above 15 psi boost.

RPM and road speed are directly linked so if you find out what tranny you have you can find out the gear and final drive ratio and calculate the RPM based on what speed you are going. Stock tires are 185/60/14 I think so if you are running something different you need to take that into account (smaller or bigger tire diameter will throw off the speedo). There are a few websites where you can calculate the % the speedo will be off with different tire sizes but I'm lazy so I'll leave the searching up to you.
I recommend you setup your stuff using lower speed (like 30kph) as mechanical speedometers have a tendency to be inaccurate at high speed.

I have a nice chrome sports box on mine but i think I'm ready to ditch it for a straight pipe! how did you get G60 arches without the little piece that lines up with the rubbing strip on the door?
