Lots of good advice in here. although, I must say that I think you are assuming a lot here. Your build is not a clutch killing monster by any means. Unfortunately... 
i would recommend a stock 210mm clutch kit and flywheel as was mentioned before. Also, TDC is TDC. No mistaking that one.
I realize that, however, the clutch that I have from my car before the rebuild was slipping already when I would put it under heavy load with the stock engine, I dont expect better with more horsepower.

Did you have a worn 200mm clutch in there before? If so, the new 210mm will work just fine.
210mm clutch is leaps and bounds better than a 200mm clutch. theres quite a bit more holding power with the 210mm
I just checked my old clutch it is a 200 mm stocker. It has well over 250,000miles on it so......
how can you tell its stock? ive NEVER seen a clutch go that far before..
