what about if cold start cable is bad adjusted?
i notice that the vertical screw that is linked to that (between engine and pump) where we adjust idle had minor adjustments and the idle was downed by the residual screw...
how can i check for that?
Try disconnecting the cold start cable fromt he lever and push the lever all the way to the passenger side of the car (I say passenger side as my car is LHD, so if your car is RHD, then it would be drivers side). Then see if it runs any different after its all warmed up.
