seraching around on here most say about 1600 is the max

really 1600F?

I thought 1400F on TD and 1200F on a NA was around the max before melty melty and smashy smashy?

hmm crazy these things run much hotter then my truck lol hottest ive ever seen was 1200 and thats with everything maxxed out to the max

yeah im not 100 % on that one it does seem high, because the cummins is all cast iron in the top and the max safe egt's on that are 12-1400.
