Only second tank of fuel since bought car ,but reading other posts saying 900 plus some say 1150. Was hoping for better
Well, I'm only getting 900 to a tank (hwy) with proper time and fresh injectors. But I've got the pump without the boost aneroid on it, so that might be hurting it a bit.
Was done in car, but always ground the welder to the crank directly we used the old crank pulley bolt.
How do you grind that flat spot on the crank perfectly straight and then turn the crank down where you filled in the slot with weld without putting it on a mill?
On mine the keyway was only a little sloppy,he built up a little ,then used a die grinder with various tips to fit new pulley
So he hand ground the flat spot for the new pulley?
