Well, I had the IP timed wrong, a tooth off so I couldn't get it less than about 1.09mm, I have dial indicator that reads in inches so it was a pain. The pump is now set at .038582677in, also known as .98mm :lol: Check out this cool site, it came in handy for converting inches to millimeters.

we suspected a bent bracket once, we were wrong.. man, that thing is so thick, you'd have to heat it to bend it in the vice, it' also has that curved edge which adds a boatload of strength, show me a bent bracket from normal use, I'll show you a flying pig (or a flying vanagon maybe)
