10 psi eh? It is damn near impossible to set an injector within 10 psi using a conventional pop tester and the commonly available shims. Spec is 130 to 138 bar (1849 to 1963 psi) for NA or 155 to 163 bar (2248 to 2364 psi) for TD's. A difference of .05mm in shim thickness will cause a pressure change of approximately 5 bar (71 psi).

something about using higher pressure injectors in an older diesel ;
sometimes, a badly worn fuel pump will not be able to built the pressure required to open the newly rebuilt injectors; so If I'm asked to bump up the pop-pressure by another 20 bar, the fuel pump MAY NOT be able to work with them unless it got another pump head (like a 10mm or a 11mm from a TDI)

Interested in a set of AAZ injectors if you've got any left. If you could advise me as to what's required to install them, and how to pay you, we'll be in business very shortly

paypal is fine, what is required to install them is a torque limiting wrench.
COD is available for Canadians

the GTD may flow a bit better but new nozzles (AAZ or GTD) will give a significant improvement over the stock worn nozzles.

Ok, I'll take the GTD's. How do you take payment and what is the total in US funds? I'll take the fast shipping option.

and the price is 160$ shipping included for the 0.205mm or the 0.216mm
