I think most any of the online parts places sell them. I got some from my local VW dealer. Just told him they were for an AAZ. He did have to order them though.

NAPA says they have them in stock, sometimes.
Would also like a source for return lines, we are talking about the ~2mm lines between the injectors, yes? :?

Impex has them... (part no. 068-130-219 or impex sku 4693).  I think they're around $1.50 a piece.  Just ordered some the other day when I couldn't find them locally.

For the viton return line, try greaseworks.  You want the 1/8" diameter stuff.

Just bought 10 feet of it to do both the TDI and the caddy td.  Works great!  The ID is fine, but it's not cloth wrapped...not the end of the world.  It should last quite a bit longer running bio than the normal rubber line.  I ordered online and it was on my desk two days later via USPS.

No relation or connection to either company, btw.  Just a satisfied customer.  Hope that helps.

For the lines, someone here posted about using a different material than the standard bluck rubber tubing.  I will try and find the post later today.  It was a clear plastic tubing.

I found some urethane tubing that's used for airlines on machinery (made by SMC) that I used for the filter to pump clear line.  It's great stuff...slight blue tint and appears to hold up well to biodiesel.

I haven't found any in 1/8" ID, but that might be another alternative.  The only problem I can think of would be that it's somewhat stiff (although not as rigid as the hard pvc type plastic line) and how well it'll go over the injector barbs.
