Vegetebale oil running transformation

Hi,

I'm searching a place to transform my Volks Transporter 2.4l diesel to run with Straigh Vege Oil (SVO). Do you know a place to do the transformation?

Can we run with this oil without problems in Canadian winter?

I got a Volks Transporter 1995, 2.4 l diesel. I would like to transform it to run with vegetable oil (SVO). Do you know a place in Quebec or Canada, where they could do the transformation?
