I have a 1990 Jetta TD engine in my 1992 Golf running 12 PSI. Just currious as to how to up the PSI and what is safe to run with factory fuel delivery, and stock engine. No P/S or A/C.

you can run as much boost as you want, the fueling is what will ultimately kill your engine.  with factory fuel delivery you'll have a hard time getting passed around 15psi, you need more fuel to make more boost.

You dont "have" to get injectors...you could just get your rebuilt....
in order to increase fuel you can go to the thread on making your TD faster....its on the forum.

The thread is in the FAQ section and is second from the top as i write this, It explains how to adjust your turbo's wast gate, as well as how to increase fueling, and some other little tricks.
