I assume your EGT probe is pre-turbine. Regardless, 1400°F sustained will kill your engine fairly quickly. Cause of death will likely be a prechamber insert cracking and falling into the cylinder or cracks from exhaust valves to prechambers. If your probe is post turbine, then your EGTs are waaayyy too high. 25 psi is very inefficient for the K14. If you are running that much boost, IMO, it is the wrong turbo to use.
also you have a good engine i wouldn't go through all the cost and work of swapping to a tdi unless if the engine is dead. Swap to a t3 or he200wg. t3 will be the easiest and cheapest, he200wg will be the best but still priced quite well. Also hello to you in pakistan, i have a friend who lives in rawalpindi.
