X2! Mobile is still broken. Am I the only one that uses mobile or has every one else just gave up?

also, I think I read a while back about this being the result of wanting to make the blog look like the forum or vise versa, why not change the blog? It is newer and would probably be better received that way.

Another question, why do they have to look the same? Won't that be more confusing?

Both the forum and blog are getting changed. the blog was just easier to the forum than the other way around. If it is just super horrible i can switch it back to the old template and change it. I'm just trying to make VWD look and be the best i can. There are just always speedbumps on the path.

Are you even aware that after clicking on a topic, the names of the posters is nowhere to be found? Unless the poster has an avatar, or a signature and you recognize them, you don't know who they are.

Please go back to the last one ASAP and do not make anymore changes until it is fully tested OFFLINE! We don't (at least I don't) want to be a guinea pig. A few has expressed their frustrations and I am sure there are many others who are also frustrated but did not bother to post to express their frustrations.

I had no problem seeing the posters names on the thread regardless of avatar or signature. I'm using Chrome on both PC and mac.

I am using the Chrome browser on the latest Toshiba Chromebook. On mobile I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2, I was getting a single column view with nothing else, no statistics, e.g. names of posters, number of views and replies. Pics were illegible (one skinny column that is narrower than the text.

yea not sure what was going on with it. it worked on my end on all devices i tried it on but that doesn't mean much. I may just try to match this theme to the new blog theme and call it a day.

I think you need help from someone who is knowledegeable with web/ forum design. Right now I can't get the full site, it is text only.

If  you are seeing a blue theme that is text only that is the mobile theme. you should be able to scroll to the bottom and choose the button that says 'full site' to go back to the normal pc based theme.

For about an hour, clicking the "full site" did not return it to the full site. It is ok now, went back to the full site by itself.

It's not particularly safe to be making changes live. Lots of stuff gets cached at various places along the way. Everyone is getting random combinations of CSS and templates cached causing all kinds of problems.
