This is of my 1.6TD after the gov mod, maxing fuel screw and boost at 22psi. Not what I was looking for, for numbers. Torque is lower then I expected and HP isn't as high as I suspected. Any opinions or sugestions on how to get more or if this is what I'm supposed to be getting.

using the G-Tech Pro at school and comparing it to the dynonumbers it was consitent for a pretty good estimate, it was within a few horse when i tested everything, now that the dyno is working properly i need to try the G-Tech to see how accurate it really was since I did some fueling mods since the last time i used the G-Tech

Anyone have ideas on why toque is so low, as in didn't change from stock numbers. Could pump timing be a problem?

Would having a bad exhaust leak at exhaust manifold to head cause the turbo to not boost properly and not make good torque?

My engine is out of a 85 coupe, but I dont know if the pump is original. The boost pin diameter is smaller and the taper is shorter then what a #51 pin is out of a newer pump. Maybe this is related. Also I just realized that my wastegate is screwed and not dumping boost so it will just boost to what ever the k24 will give me. Thought it may have been a problem with my controller but removed it and boost is still goin through the roof. So maybe this is contributing.
