So it don't run, hasn't ran and won't run.

Don't run cuz you lost the woodruff key for pump which needs rebuilt
Hasn't ran cuz the turbo oil return line need modifying
Won't run cuz it needs the correct bolts for the starter
Even if it did run you couldn't drive it cuz theres no way to use the clutch

Wiring is hacked

Interior is not complete

Rusty body with probably a shotty repair to floor

And a pitty attitude in your listing

Ha! And your link don't work

Its really worth more like $2500.

I'll give ya $1200.

Good luck! HAHA

Now its your turn to let me have it.

I think I am going to see if I can make a rule that you cannot post a for sale here if it is posted on the vortex. This kind of thing is getting out of control.
BTW, that frank is ok, and could be one of the best, but I would never take a head to him. He charges about double what I could have it done locally and at the same quality. He is just too proud for me.

Guys please refrain from using asterisk words and the like. Please edit that out and the name calling. I will not let this become the vortex.

BTW. I never called Mr.What what in the… any names.

I just think the guys from the Tex with there attitudes shouldn't just waltz right in and lip off with a beginning to a "for sale" add such as his.

Further more, the price for what he's claiming to be a nice truck, granted its a project, is outrageous!

Anyone, go and look at the link and look at the condition of this truck. Yeah great its got a fresh built head and cam.

ARP this and that. Ha, big deal. So he can blast off paint and spread some POR15.

Anyways. Just tired of seeing this and thinking someones entitled.

Jagerauto,
I have thought more about this and I edited a bit. While I think it needs to stay focused on the FS part of this, you need to realize you said " Please take your time to read this! You will get a nasty response, I don't care." Which is a very vortex thing to do. I think I will strive to make this better and if you don't want the thread locked *and you actually do want to sell this* you need to take that down. I don't want the vortex attitude here. You are welcome to keep your ad and stay, but tone it down to GTD level please. Choice is yours edit or lock.

I didn't blast anything. I spent 10 hours wire wheeling the undercoating off the inner fenders.

Price isn't outrageous, I've been offered $2500 for just the motor last time I tried to sell it.

I get it people here don't value AAZ's the same being most of you live in Canada and they are readily available.

But I spent boogoo money shipping it from Canada and paying customs. Not to mention the $800 sunk into the head with a stage 2 cam.

Again.. The money is here..

Jagerauto.  The money may be there but anytime I see "Project car"  the money in my wallet starts hiding.  I think of 500 to 1500 dollar spends.  Knowing that I will probably have to spend that much again to get a daily driver out of it.  Good Luck on getting the cash, Market drives all decisions.  Yours may end up being that you keep it as it is more valuable to you than anyone else.

I get that. And it's not like it needs a terrible amount of work. Most of it's already done. Hah.

BTW, that frank is ok, and could be one of the best, but I would never take a head to him. He charges about double what I could have it done locally and at the same quality. He is just too proud for me.
Demographics I guess, after shipping, I saved over $100 sending a head to him, but the main thing was it didn't go to the 4 local shops I interviewed which seemed to have no VW diesel specific knowledge whatsoever.
