Needed k14 wastegate

Someone ought to have a dead k14 laying around they could sell me the wastegate off of mine is stuck shut.

you can service your stock one, I had the same issue

you can service your stock one, I had the same issue

problem is it was very rusty and I had it rebuilt abd the interface where it bolts to turbo is pretty eroded that it may not seal good.

It will seal fine. It drops down in and has a sealing washer. Plus carbon soot will plug it off if it wouldn't seal. The issue will be getting it free and working. Most have had success but some don't.

I sliced slots around the canister with a zip disc, pried the canister off, reamed out the bore slightly and polished the wastegate stem.  Then re-crimped the canister back on.  Works good as new.  It is not meant to be serviced but can be done for free.
