Yeah, so I got a hold of the dealer and the said it would be 36.00. That's horrible, I can't believe they can charge people such outrageous prices.

erg that's what I was afraid and why im reluctant to relinquish mine. Its in the portable tool bad for and on the side of the road kind of thing. Hopefully T-money can help you out.
Maybe grind down a metric coupler... prolly easier to use than OEM too.

I used a ny-lok nut backwards with the nylon removed with a torch - works dandy till my other one shows up (I know it's around here somewhere).
Bolt can be anything that's long enuf, OEM is cad plated IIRC...the nut p/n is 068130197.
Jim Ellis shows $6.10 and 1stvwparts.com out here in Washington State shows $3.72 for the nut.

They have to charge extra for the rough grit carbide power they add to the lubricant.
Bolt can be anything that's long enuf, OEM is cad plated IIRC...the nut p/n is 068130197.
