Wow! It looks fixable with another balancer/pulley. You'll need an EZ out and reverse twist drill bits to get the broken bolt out, a tap to chase the treads. Hopefully the bolt holes are not wallowed out. If they are, a new timing belt sprocket and crank bolt will fix that problem too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
