Thought i might rebuild a 1.5l motor but plans have changed.
Set of 0.50mm over, made in Germany Mahle pistons, w/ rings, pins and circlips. Some light oxidation in spots but should buff off. Asking $250.00 USD shipped in continental USA. Maybe last i'll ever see.
Also, 4 new precups to fit 1.5l (approx. 30.5mm diameter) but one is missing the ball bearing and another is miss labeled (?); might fit turbo head but made for NA (no triangles). Best offer.
Approx. 35,000 mile on rebuild 1.5l head, forwarned that it came off a high compression 1.5/1.6 hybrid that burned mostly biodiesel and veg oil, with oil return reducer, looks straight but i dont have machnists straight edge so selling as a core, no camshaft...best offer.

if it has an oil return reducer INSTALLED IN THE HEAD, then it is a 1.6 head that was used on a 1.5D engine..
or do you mean that the oil return reducer for the block is included with the head?
the 1.5 head has a very small oil return passage already.. the 1.6 head has the bigger oil (would need reducers installed if not being used on proper block) return passages.
