I have new injectors new injector lines and also new injector return hoses. All of the hoses seal good except for one. The number 2 injector return hose, I have cut a few different ones but no luck. I am using oem return hose.
Check for a cracked barb on the injector itself. The other possibility is the hard line isn't quite sealed on the injector and it is leaking on to the return line.
Otherwise there isn't much to it - there is no pressure in those lines so they should seal without issue provided they are in good condition.

Wouldn't there be a miss if the supply line is leaking? They are new injecTors so I hope the barb is not dicked up but I'll check
New injectors or not there are ways they get leaks. Check to see that the barb didn't get bent over when the socket was torqued down on install. Could be manufacturing problem but those are few if any. Then there is the push hose on then just give it a slight pull up to tighten it to the barb itself. I am sure you have tried that but it never hurts to be sure.

If the leak is small enough it won't necessarily miss. If they are new injectors then I guess you just installed the hard line, so that is definitely somewhere to check. Might be worth just undoing the flare nut, making sure the line is centered and then tightening it back up. I have had a small leak that was fixed that way before.

You could have a restriction in the return that is pressurizing the return lines.
