Wowza.. Shoulda went mechanical
That is a whack ton of issues, I got my whole E setup running on the stand prior to getting the swap on the move. Last second though I scored the ability to go M-TDI and sold off all the electronics.
Weird that you are having SOO many issues pop up.

well, i got it running! now i have a couple problems now... glow ug light is flashing? oil pressure light is one, and coolent.. now i think i maaay have hooked up the coolent temp sensors wrong? one on flange and one on the top rad hose? also i had to jump 12 volts to the cut off as the glow plugs and the cut off didnt get power with key on... so once i jumped 12v to cut off, glow plugs worked and cut off.. anyone know why? also when i take the hand brake off, my gauge cluster shuts off.... also now i seem to have a brake fluid leak as the brake pedal goes to the floor and i added a full bottle to the resivor and same... not sure where its leaking as no signs yet..having a closer look today..
Do you have access to a scan tool? Any obd2 scan tool should work for retrieving codes and finding out what codes you have will tell you why the glow plug light is flashing. Make sure you're getting power through the 109 relay. It sounds like you have a main power feed that might have been over looked. Be careful though because the cut off solenoid is not powered all the time when the key is on and engine not running. It turns on when the key is in the on position and will time out after a short period of time then turn on again when you crank the engine over. Sounds like the cluster isn't grounding properly and is using the e-brake switch for its ground. You will figure out where the brake fluid is going. It will show itself. Pull the carpet back around the pedals and make sure it's not wet there. You got it running so you're almost there.

I agree looks like a power feed is overlooked. Or perhaps a ground for one of the power feed relays.
The coolant light will come on if the coolant reservoir is low or unplugged. Make sure you plug the blue coolant connector to the blue coolant sensor. Make sure the sensor is new, it's essential to the ecu or fuel mileage will suffer. The one on the rad hose is for the gauge (if its not blue)
Good luck

Very true b'y.
I dunno man, something loose somewhere and knocking about I would think. Do you have sufficient oil pressure?

im not sure..all i know is, is that the oil pressure ligbt is on and the glow plug light.. so i have no idea if thats cause something is wired wrong or if there is a problem... and i dont have the tools to check the pressure..

Lol. Then you need to stop running it until you know for sure. It'd be a pity to find out this is all for not don't you think?
