I also found a place that makes a .63 turbine housing for that Holset H1C turbo I have, but it is close to $200. I have no idea if that would be worth a try also. I will just have to try different things like you said. Will a stock NA 1.6 pump with main gov spring shimmed and fuel turned up just below rpm hanging make decent power?
