How do you remove the throttle thing on AAZ pump?

Here is the throttle springs and levers and whatnot.  How do I remove them to get the bolts out below it?



I already took the two torx screws out so the levers move independently of each other now

Probably have to remove that plastic bushing thing to get at the nut?  (I just realized this about a minute ago)

I actually had to pry on it and go around in a circle to get the throttle piece to come up off the shaft. PITA
