you can just ajust the rod at the back of the turbo. The closer the wastegate arm is to the end of the shaft, the more boost.
Your '94 should have a K14 turbo, so there's no external wastegate arm. Look for the wastegate canister, loosen off the nut (10 mm IIRC), and turn the screw in for more boost. I turned mine in all the way then backed it off about 1/4 turn and rarely see in excess of 15 psi. A boost controller would work too
and for gods sake, you can build your own boost controller if you arent a total dur-de-dur... for atound $5..

Sorry I meant K14. It has a screw with a locknut I can hit 25 lbs boost sometimes but boost often drops from 15--20 lbs. to 10 lbs,any ideas?
Cool I will get one soon. Can I run 20lbs boost safely? What would your choice for an upgrade on the turbo?Am planning on FMIC too
