Are you vigorously pumping fuel through the injectors each time you swap one onto the tester?  You won't get any accurate results until the air is purged.

Yeah I do, especially after messing around half the night and findng one that pees lots, frustration you know.........

Last night I got the leaky injectors to sorta stop leaking, I think they're still wet around the joint so I'm gonna get new little return lines before pulling the injectors again.

When you replace the tubing, cut them as long as will fit under the fuel lines, so that you can snip a little off on next R & R.

Yup I did, I used snowmachine primer hose, it was a nice snug fit.
'82 Rabbit, I put on a euro vnt-15, 2.25" DP, 2.5" exhaust, the result.....it whistled.

I removed the turbo, made a toilet bowl 2.5" DP, the result....it was deafening. Now it has a homemade muffler up front and a thrush in the rear, the result.....less loud.
