• I had the old injectors on my '84 TD rebuilt and here are the results. The car has roughly 150k on it. No clue what the PO did.

  New nozzles and a good cleaning:

  I know they should be around 155. Thoughts?

  Either they are correct or gauge is out
  Are the injectors in the same order for both readings?
  The gain in bar might be what would be expected with new nozzles.
  Just bend the gaug e needle down 50 bar.
  If gauge accurate, theninjectors unneccessarily high for an IDI, but fine for a TDI IIRC

• yeah i'd recommend checking your gauge
