« on: September 30, 2010, 07:26:46 pm »
I was in the process of rebuilding my Jetta, but don't have the time to finish.

I have a 1.6td block cleaned, bored and honed for second oversize pistons.
I have a brand new set of second oversize pistons.
Fully rebuilt head.................SOLD
Complete turbo set up.................SOLD
Good Injection Pump
New Rod Bearings
New Main Bearings
Intermediate shaft that has been turned down (lobe machined off) and balanced......SOLD
Custom 2.5" mandrel bent downtube and exhaust...............SOLD

Car itself is black with virtually no rust
Engine and Tranny are removed.
Everything is available that is on the car.

I also have a parts car that has the engine still in it, but was told the head gasket went out.
It has a turbo block.
I have pulled a few parts, such as: belts, AC, valve cover, IP. all are still available just not installed.

Also have several small intercoolers

any chance you have a DSM intercooler? one out of a 1st gen eclipse? or anything similar? any that are completely metal? not interested in plastic tanked units..
92 Jetta GLI - Black, 1.6D w/ GT2056V turbo..
86 GTI - 4 Door, Med Twilight Gray, Tow Machine..
86 Audi Coupe GT - Tornado Red, All Stock.. WRECKED.
89 Toyota 4Runner - Dark Grey Metallic, LIFTED!

Turbo: exhaust gasses go into the turbocharger and spin it, witchcraft happens and you go faster.

Do you have airbox and snorkel(?) to turbo and the turbo to manifold elbow?  I'm adding a turbo to a NA so not necessarily trying to match something.

Shipping to 98837 if you have any of this.

I do have the snorkel, but I'm trying to keep it as part of the set with the turbo and manifold right now.
