New Head Install / With Extrude A Hone Polishing ( Plasma ) 1.9 AAZ

Installed the new head after plasma polished ( mirror internal finish )

New cam , valves, gasket , belt , ten

It's 60 % quieter than my last head assy ( motor / used mileage unknow ?

reduced smoke 40 %

Picked up 1.5 on boost compared to stock, temp is down a little bit also

it's a quiet as quiet as a TDI motor now !

It's like a new car !
I did replace the install all new shifter parts also  , tight as a  cable shift

next will be to relocate battery under bed and install intercooler with PD150

Relocating the battery will give me more room for outlet's, versus having to have extra plumbing for using a intercooler with dual outlets on one side

The PD150 was also extrude a honed polished like a mirror

That's nice but those numbers are entirely subjective.

Iam just reading what my Mcnally gauges are showing
Mcnally's are accurate ( aircraft quality ) 265.00 each
I have the complete set

oil psi/ oil temp
Water / Volt
Boost psi / Egt

It's definetly not as loud, no as clacky as before  and less smoke, and the trans is perfect now

Iam happy and that's all that matters

Cost new head assy complete 250.00 in the box

Extrude a hone 575.00 for the intake PD150 and head assy

I know one other person that has seen it before and I will let him get his ear into it...
