Rear axle beam bushing

So, I get some wandering due to (what I think is due to) the rear driver side axle beam bushing being too worn. Has anyone replaced one of these and if so what did you have to do??

On a mk4 golf?

EGR delete, 2.25" turbo back, air box mod, Giles injectors, VNT 17, ARP headstuds, 14LB flywheel, boost and EGT gauges.
