Ok I used the search feature and my ADD had taken over...

Where can I get seals and vanes for my VE pump?

How about boost pins? Are new ones available of do I have to scrounge in the junk yard?

What is the Star (wheel) spring?

We sell seal kits for bosch VE pumps. Price kind of varies on how complete you would like it. What do you mean by vanes in the pump? I can source any internal parts you may need as well. IF you are planning on rebuilding a pump there are a lot more internal pieces that need to be replaced than you would think. Its pretty easy to spend $300-400 on just parts rebuilding an injection pump. I can also get the retarded triangle shaped socket for removing the lever assembly on the pumps, but you don't want to know how much it costs :shock:

I made a run of these once. If there was a demand I could likely do it again, I still have the programs on disk. I don't really want to get involved in the distribution of product, but I can certainly manufacture it. With all these new diesel tuning companies springing up, maybe one would like to take on a line of QuickTD tools?

Ii was told mine needs seals and the lift pump redone. The lift pump is a Vane Pump. Ill send ya a email for a price quote.

I still need to get one of FastGTPs turbo kits.

I would like a run to consist of at least 10pcs, otherwise I have to charge too much,

The CNC setup is kind of a pain for one or two...

Marc (Redrotors) has been a low volume distributer in the past, and seems willing to do it again. Perhaps we can get something going... I imagine price could be kept in the $15-20CDN area? Depending on volume, the higher the demand the cheaper it becomes as the setup time/run time ratio improves.

No doubt the bosch tool will be of excellent quality, and it shows in the cost.

Yes, the triangle sockets do have a 3/8 drive. I keep things inexpensive in a couple of ways. First, I don't have in house heat treating facilities, so I make all my tools from pre heat treated 4140 steel. This material is soft enough to machine (with carbide) but is still plenty durable for DIY use. Wall thickness is heavier than your average socket, so strength is not an issue. To my knowledge none have ever been broken. Black oxide coating is the norm, no chrome toolbox jewelry here, function takes priority. Basically, if you can live without the chrome you can save yourself 40 bucks.

Maybe we're stealing the thread, but how about pump timing tools? Are you set up for them too Quick TD? Really got to get a set!

Look at the bottom of the left bar on the site, there are options to select CAD or EUR currency.
