Looking for a Transmission - 5 Speed 1991 Diesel Jetta - AWY

I have a 5 speed 1991 Diesel Jetta and I am looking for a Transmission. The code AWY.

 - The clutch is in good shape.
  - Also I am having problems with these transmission for some reasons. I have had 2 Transmission in a matter of four years. I know its not my driving because I have been driving stick all my life and I have 1987 Acura Legend with no transmission problems


Can someone tell me what might be the problem and if anyone knows where I can find ANOTHER transmission for my Jetta.
