looking for BIG set of IDI Nozzles to fit 1.6L TD holders

I am looking for a set of nozzles for my 1.6L TD engine im going to use with my 12mm pump etc it has di cam plate and moves a bunch of fuel..i know the 1.6 GTD nozzles or the 1.9 L TD nozzles will fit .where can i source a set?..how do they flow compared to each other? and where can i get bigger nozzles then that?..any one do some custom nozzles?..any body have a source for turbo diesel prechambers?.. i decided to do this idi pretty well 1.9L mls headgasket , raceware studs, new seals, etc with my 12mm pump....any ideas tips etc..redrotors? giles etc

Hey Deo - I am developing super high-flowing VW Diesel IDI nozzles.   I have machined some prototypes, and will be flow testing them and will be able to compare them to stock very soon.  After testing is completed, I would like to make them available for others.  If you are interested in ordering one of the first sets for on-car testing, send me an IM.

If you are interested in a set of stock VW nozzles that flow more than the 1.6l units, ask VWMike or Smog about GTD nozzles or 1.9lTD nozzles.

I don't know of a source on prechambers.

thanks keep me in the loop..red rotor  as contacted me and let me know about teh 1.9L and gtd nozzles also that 6.2 and 6.5 chevy nozzles fit ..so im looking for some of those to try hehehe..keep me updated.

It is likely that one of these prototypes I made outflows pretty much anything else you can buy.  The other prototype is much more conservative but still probably has some monster flow...

I don't know much about the Chevy/GM nozzles.  What is their DN0 SD xxx number?  Has anyone tried them in a VW IDI, and if so how well did they work?

If someone wants to send me one for comparison, I'd be happy to let you know how they flow when I soon do my injector flow testing.

I tried GM nozzles in my IDI long time ago, the idle was loopey and the smoke was there, but i had a lack of boost, only 10psi.. There's a thread on the old board that explain my testing..
