• I am attempting my first rebuild of a turbo. I have the turbo apart, and everything looks pretty good. The engine is an 86 1.6L TD out of a Jetta. I am looking for another turbo in case things don't go so well with the rebuild

• I have a k14 and exhaust manifold in perfect condition if you cant find something..

  Do you know if the K14 will replace the T3 directly?  If not what has to be done to replace the T3 that I have on my 1.9 TD AAZ with a K14??

• Oil drains are different, other then that it should be the same going from a T3 to a K14

• Does anyone know if I can replace the wastegate on the T3?. It's an internal one. I don't know if it is bad or not yet, but if it ends up being bad are there any options?

• I have a turbo off an 84 Jetta. It says air research on it, not Garret. What kind of turbo is that?

• yeah I just looked at it, it doesn't say anything on it actually. I think it is a T3. It's in good shape no shaft play or damage to the fans. It does have one stud broken off on the outlet side. If anyone wants it I'll take 125.00 plus a USPS flat rate box. Comes with the return line.
