I've spent a few hours searching the internet, and I still cannot find how tight I need to get the Delivery valves  into the distributor head.
I see it has a copper washer that may need some work.
any help?

IIRC the bentley says 18ft-lbs. Can't remember for sure though but it seems like it said 'if a delivery valve is leaking torque it down', my manual is at work or I'd check........
'82 Rabbit, I put on a euro vnt-15, 2.25" DP, 2.5" exhaust, the result.....it whistled.

I removed the turbo, made a toilet bowl 2.5" DP, the result....it was deafening. Now it has a homemade muffler up front and a thrush in the rear, the result.....less loud.

I think I recall when I first read it that it was the same as the injector lines.......and it said something weird like if it leaks tighten it some more ???

I suppose copper seal washers are not the most precision parts, so specifying a torque that mashes it enough not to leak can be tricky.

I think it is the hardest one to reach while installed on the car too, but I'll start easy on it, and hope for the best.

Don't snap it off. Broken delivery valve holders are almost impossible to get out of the head. If it feels like it's breaking, it probably is.
