Well I removed the water separator and it got rid of most of the bubbles, topped the filter up and all bubbles gone!
SHe is running much better, gonna check it again in the next following day but it seems to have fixed the problem

Well I got back to her after a long delay and with the air bubbles gone it is still smoking,
I am going o try and do a comresion test and check glow plugs and injectors.
Anyone have any input that would be awesome
