Ignore all the haters on here.  :P

Just get  some projectors as soon as you can you will like the light they produce much more.

Another option is a good set of Hella reflectors (E Code). They will have the good cut off that you need to get good lighting not as good as projectors but better than the non E Code lights..

HID's rock!!

something isnt right with my system here.. i ordered the high/low low being hid and high halogen. For some reason the high beams dont work. When i switch to high both bulbs start flickering and the halogen bulbs are real dim. I think maybe i ordered the wrong bulbs and was supposed to get bi-xenon(ordered a pair today). All i got with the kit were a pair of ballasts, 2 bulbs and the mounting hardware. Am i missing something? i thought a wire harness that goes to the battery came with it?

The vvme.com bi xenon bulbs come with the relay harness that I didn't get with my kit. Other than the highs not working, they are great.

If you get a chance to hit the peg Branden there are some good car shops. There are projector housings made for the mkII. Get a hold of daniel stern lighting, he'll set you up with the proper stuff to make you melt retinas properly.

Well that blows!!

I suspect without the harness they are not switching properly.

I get a good discount from VVME, let me know if I can help.

Thanks man, if I ever get off my ass and get my rounds ill let ya know cause ill have to get h4's. Does that eBay store, goingfast have good quality stuff? I'm looking at the single rounds, rad support and grille. They seem pretty decently priced, I'm just worried about shipping costs. I really want rounds tho.
