take a piece of flatbar about 5 cm longer then the bolt holes in the steering wheel. Drill 3 holes in it, one in the middle, and one over each hole in the steering wheel base. now you need to make the 2 outer holes slightly larger then the bolts that fit in those outer holes. The middle bolt should be at least 1/2 the size of the center bolt holding the steering wheel on. It to has to fit through the middle hole and be at least 15cm long, or 2cm longer then the outer bolts. You will need to have a nut that fits the center bolt. Now bolt the rig with the 2 outer bolts to the wheel. Insert the center bolt through the hole threading the nut underneath the flat bar to the bolt. Now make sure the center bolt has a solid seat on the center post. Now tighten the nut towards the bolt head, and in about 4 turns the wheel will be off.
