Hey guys...
My cars radiator fan wirinf is all burnt and faulty and I want to re do it. Would any have the wiring schematics for the MKIII radiator fan? My car is a 95 AAZ with air con and big 450W twin radiator fan.
I have looked for it in my Haynes manual, altho it does cover my car but schematics found in there are for the small low 2 speed fan.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

does it have all the switches - it should be pretty much the same as the mk2 with A/C, Its run by 3 relays if Im not mistaken.

Yes, had all the switches. But its alot different from an MKII. Its quite complex.

A better option would be to make your own schematic - if it has the 3 pin rad plug you are golden, or do it like me, I have a 94 degree switch and a 102 degree switch in my radiator wired to two relays with a snubber on each - one relay is low speed (honda mini relay) with a 0.5 ohm 50W resistor in the +ve wire and a bosch 40 amp relay on the fan cowl kicking it to full blast via the secondary fan switch and the HPS in the ac liquid line. Im using a GATE fan whose shroud looked like the golf mk2 shroud, its rated at 350W
The snubbers save the relay contacts from welding and the relays have flyback diodes saving the fan switches from eroding - Another protection would be a 0.47uf cap on the fan leads near the fan to kill off any radio noise or spike interference when the fan windings are de-energized.
when I got my car it didnt even have a rad - or fan or even fan wiring. lol

Thanks Zulfiqar... but this all sounds rocket science to me, im pretty poor with wirings!! My mkII has all original 350W fan setup and it has always worked without missing a beat.
My mkIII however has most of the stuff original but its wiring has been played with. It has the 4 pin 450 or 500W twin fan. The secondary fan is drive via a belt from the primary fan. I just installed a brand new primary and seconday fan, new belt, new glow plugs, new fan control unit and many other things. I was trying to fix the wiring and I already burnt my 100% working ignition switch and brand new glow plugs relay which I installed yesterday.
So earlier my car was drivable with fan running directly but now it doesnt even start!! My dad is proper pissed at me! Now i am looking for glow plugs relay, fusebox (cuz I think I managed to fu_k that up too) and an AAZ control unit which controls glow plug timings and EGR.

firstly the stupid arrangement of VW GP relay inside the cab doesnt make sense to me, tons of amps inside the cab = fire hazard
