• Hey guys,
  
  I seem to be having an issue with the cold start cable in my '97 AAZ Jetta. I can pull it out no problem and it moves the lever on the back of the pump; but when I push the handle back in, the lever doesn't reset and I have to push it back with a screwdriver. Any ideas?

• I bet the clip fell off the housing on the back of the pump. Either that or the housing is no longer held solid on the knob end.
