you could port out a mk1, g60, or fox intake to d ports

Those PD-150 type manifolds are made with the intake on either side.  Not sure which is which.  My PD-150 entered on the passenger side same as the manifold shown in the picture above.

I think the PD Passat enters on the opposite side, so that's what I need.

Yeah basically took the stock intake off, cut it in half, welded some plate around it, got a piece of aluminum plumbing and put it on top, welded up to taste.  Works great, less filling. 

If you can get one for $600 that's not a bad deal, probably 4 hours of fabrication work involved + materials.

If one of those were to fall into a box and be shipped around the world to the U.S, say in Maine, and end up on my front door, I do not think I would be very upset. I have a nice new AAZ head that would make it feel right at home.  ;)

this is modified 1.9td intake.itīs dual plenium and way better as orginal
bolt on and drive fast  ;)

i have an ALH intake on my aaz head.



works great. You just have to cut the elbow off.

DO you have some more photo's of this one?  How do you think this one compares to the intake based on the 1Y manifold that you built?
