If you are not going crazy power or severe abuse, I would look into going with a 16v pressure plate and a ACT street disc.

Im running a 16v pressure plate and a 8v clutch disk....its holding great. I have a 1.9AAZ with a t3 and I had it spike at over 30psi and clutch didnt slip.

A few of my friends run with just the 16v PP and a new disc, and it works fine for them, I have just chosen to go overkill with mine because I kept burning them out after a couple hundred kms.

I bought mine from a local speed shop, don't remember how much. It was for the stock 210mm flywheel.

Anybody have any recommendations for a better clutch and flywheel for a 1.6 with the 020? I'd like to switch to a conventional flywheel (not the wonky backwards stock set-up).

i'll be selling mine sometime around this summer.  kevlar clutch with stage 1 pressure plate and lightened flywheel.  kevlar lasts a really long time.
