i have this turbo. it is brand new. i think it is from an old audi... maybe someone else might know.

There is a tag on the backing plate (back side of compressor) with the #'s we need to see.

You can see it second pic down to the left and lower than the oil supply fitting.

I thought I read somewhere that green paint / markings meant rebuilt.  Even if it it, it looks very nice.
